Astrophysics
- Let's start with some Astrophysics Links for those who don't want to know the course details...
- The Department of Mathematics and Statistics has an active Research Group
working in the fields of Astronomy and Astrophysics. As well as our research
projects, we present undergraduate and graduate level teaching in these subjects.
- Starting in 1998 we are offering an ASP4000 for those who wish
to complete their Honours Degree in Astrophysics. The subject
will involve some compulsory lecture units as well as an
extended fiedl trip to Mt Stromlo Observatory. There is also a
research-oriented project, counting for 40% of the final
assessment for the year. For further details, please contact
