Areas of interest:
- Stellar evolution: The computation of the lives of stars,
particularly of low-mass stars undergoing thermal pulses on the
asymptotic giant branch.
- Binary evolution: Studying the interactions of stars in binary
systems, particularly the formation of carbon-enhanced metal-poor stars
via mass transfer and their expected/observed chemical signatures.
- Stellar nucleosynthesis: the production of isotopes within stellar
interiors and how these isotopes are returned to the interstellar medium.
