Our search for life in the Universe
Dr John Lattanzio
Department of Mathematics & Statistics
Monash University
The topic of Life in the Universe is a fascinating one, and until
recently we have had virtually no way of answering, or in many cases
even posing, the relevant questions. In this lecture I will review those
questions, the best answers we have, and discuss the areas where we know
very little. This is a rapidly growing field and much has happened in
the last few years which changes dramatically our view of Life in the
Universe.
